7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
